The German-based IFE institute’s estimated average estimated raw milk value is down 0.7c this week to 62.9c/kg at the farmgate level, based on the official butter and SMP prices in Germany, France and the Netherlands. The average butter price in the three markets is down €53 to €7,365/t and the SMP average is down €58 at €4,037/t.
