Etika have invested over RM100m (US$24m) to upgrade their dairy plant in Meru, Selangor, on the back of a significant increase in local milk production. CEO Erwin Selvarajah said with more than 2,000 employees and a well-established distribution network across Malaysia, sales in Malaysia have surpassed RM1bn ($240m) a year. Etika, one of the leading halal beverage companies, also run plants in Indonesia and Vietnam and export to over 30 countries.
