The Dutch Dairy Board/ZuivelNL’s official butter price is up €120 to €5,340/tonne this week, now up €1,590 since late July. The official WMP price is up €100 to €3,700/t, SMP (food) is unchanged at €3,050/t, SMP (feed) is up €50 to €3,010/t and whey powder is unchanged at €1,040/t.
